Financial and strategic reviews

Public private partnerships
The Provex Group has worked with NHS Trusts and PCTs to deliver a significant number of Private Finance, NHS LIFT and other developments involving the private sector. Business planning and business cases
The development and production of business cases and other business plans for public sector bodies is an area of great experience and expertise for the Provex Group. Over the last 10 years the company has worked on more than 50 business cases for NHS Trusts and PCTs across the full range of services, all developed to the exacting standards of the Department of Health for such cases. We are also working with NHS Foundation Trusts on business cases for development of services in line with Monitor’s guidance on Risk Evaluation for Investment Decisions.

Project management
The Provex Group has 4 experienced Project Managers with over 30 years experience of managing major projects in the NHS. With all of our managers either PRINCE2 qualified to Foundation or Practitioner level, we are able to offer professional guidance and support throughout all stages of a project, from initiation, ongoing support through to project closure. Our experience covers a variety of projects including major PFI and capital schemes; ICT procurements and implementations; service redesign; and implementation of new initiatives.

Support for Foundation Trusts
All NHS Trusts are moving towards Foundation Trust status over the next few years.
